[Info] Export failed in project \'Bijwerkingen medicijn gebruik(pid: 396791)\'

I'am using Unipark for a couple of months now, and I think it is a great instrument to use.

However, at the moment I have some problems with exporting the data into SPSS. When I choose the following options:

1) Data (all answers, formats e. g. SPSS, CSV, fixed format, Quantum, MS Excel...)

2) SPSS (labeled data file in SPSS binary format)

I receive the following failed-message:

Export of loop data in project 'Bijwerkingen medicijn gebruik' did not find anything to export. No data available for export matching the specified criteria.

Previously, I did not have problems with it and using the Excel function still works.. Please, can you tell me what is going wrong and more importantly, how this can be solved?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Hi Sieta,

this is a problem some users have expirienced since Unipark has been updated to EFS-Survey 8.2
I'll forward this accordingly, so it can be fixed.

For the time being you could aswell export as .xls or .csv and import this data to SPSS.

Dear JensL,

Thank you for your quick response and for forwarding the problem so it can be solved.

.xls is indeed for the time being an option. However, I have a lot of variables which are presented in multiple tabs in Excel. Importing the file in SPSS can only be one as 1 tab by 1 tab. Not very handy, so I hope SPSS will work soon :D.

About the .csv file: This export also fails... The system gives the same information as for the SPSS export.

Thank you in advance for solving the problem!

I forwarded your message and noted that csv doesn't work aswell.

As soon as there's any news, someone will let you know.

Hallo Jens,

For me it is also becoming important to get a reaction soon. Almost all data are collected so I have to export them...

Thank you in advance for your response.

Regards,
Sieta

Hi JensL,

Can you already tell me more about the status of the problem. It is still not working and I haven't heart anything about it yet...

Thank you advance for your reaction.

Regards,
Sieta

Dear Sieta,

I have the same problem as you and I contacted the Questback directly. They checked it and told me, that the problem is because of the loop in the survey, using a very big list with around 1300 elements. So I can export the data as an excel file, but not as SPSS.

I hope, it helps you a little bit. If I were you, I would call Questback and ask them about your problem. Or you can send an email to Rhaya Ayoub info@unipark.de - she was the one, that answered my questions.

I wish you luck with your survey!
